By downloading or using Rainbow Land, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the application.

Rainbow Land is a free desktop application that enables creators to broadcast live streams to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook) and discover music via Loudman.live.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Rainbow Land to:
- Broadcast illegal content, including content that violates the terms of connected platforms
- Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
- Distribute malware or conduct unauthorized access attempts
- Violate applicable local, national, or international laws
4. Third-Party Platforms
Rainbow Land connects to third-party streaming platforms. You are responsible for compliance with each platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for content policies or account actions taken by those platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
Rainbow Land is open source software. You retain full ownership of content you create and stream. Rainbow Land claims no ownership over your content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rainbow Land is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all streaming platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow Land and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
