By downloading, installing, or using Rainbow Land ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License

Rainbow Land is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rainbow Land to:

• Stream content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Violate the terms of service of any streaming platform you connect to (TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc.)
• Stream content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
• Transmit malware, spyware, or other malicious code

4. Third-Party Platforms

Rainbow Land enables streaming to third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Rainbow Land is not affiliated with these platforms and is not responsible for their policies, availability, or decisions regarding your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your streams comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you use.

5. TikTok Specific Terms

When using Rainbow Land's TikTok Live integration, you agree to comply with:

• TikTok Terms of Service
• TikTok Community Guidelines
• TikTok Live Creator guidelines and eligibility requirements

Rainbow Land is an independent application and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rainbow Land is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that streaming to any particular platform will be available or successful.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainbow Land and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of the Application.

8. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you stream using Rainbow Land. Rainbow Land does not access, store, or claim any ownership over your stream content. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the Application and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Termination

Since Rainbow Land is a locally-installed application with no account system, there is nothing to "terminate." You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
